For passion, commitment and total footballing ability, if Stevie Gerrard was to retire tomorrow, who is the one player (in world football) who could truly replace him in our team.

We wont be able to replace him. I cant think of any player who plays his way. Im not saying we cant add players younger with more talent than Gerrard has now but nobody plays like he does anymore. Unless there are some youngsters at the academy.

Gerrard is irreplaceable. That's a fact.

There is only one Steven Gerrard.

But that doesn't mean we won't be able to find another talented midfield genius to mold a side around.

Parker can do the inspirational stuff but can't think of player who is as good as stevie whilst being as good mentally

their will be only one SG.

their is no player in the world that can play like him or replace him, like for like.

their is a young lad kicking a ball about some where in Liverpool or near Liverpool, that one day will come close to playing like SG for LFC, in the future.

players like goetz, ozil, thiago, need to be signed,
just to come close to replacing SG.
and add messi, CR to the list as well.
