True, imo he's playing better and better each game in fact I feel he'll be in the England squad for euros . He is gonna be very important for us in next 20 games

I want the double. I know 4th means alot as far as adding to the club and $$$ and so on but I think this team can get both cups. Ive seen negative post talking about us being a " cup " team. I just think we play our best football when its do or die. Only a fool can see adding trophies as negative. This is a bunch that needs more confidence especially guys like Carroll, trophies can do that.

Apart from Lucas its a full squad to pick from at the moment. So a run of wins would also signal how much needs to be done to take this to the next level.

I hope that Chelsea stay in the CL because this will be a distraction and the tougher the games they get the better. But to be honest if one of the teams in contention in the next 4 league games puts 4 wins together then a CL place is theirs to lose.

that's only because Aurelio hasn't played a game yet since he has been classed as fit lol, great player but so fragile its unreal which is a shame, at least Aggers appears to not be so fragile any more. touch wood!

regarding top 4, for me its a slim chance but i would be happy with a couple of cup wins or even one, we are in a rebuilding process so this season wasn't a lot expected of us as far as top 4 goes any way as our squad is not as strong as the top 3 at least, but next season is where we need to be making more of a challenge for top 4 as the team should have had plenty of time to gel, and signs are there that it is starting to click on the pitch.

Never know a cup win this weekend and could give the players a boost for league form, but we would still have to rely on Chelsea,Arsenal and Newcastle all to drop silly points, and we actually capitalise on it rather than drawing or losing which we have been when they have slipped up.

Well Flamer... I am predicting 4th, I reckon we will nick it!! We will beat Newcastle, Arsenal and Chelsea all in the run in and will close the gap to 4th...!! Am hoping..... plus to ice the cake Downing will score a hat trick against Cardiff this weekend!

13 games left if we beat arsenal and chelsea and win 7 more games we'll get 4th. if we lose to arsenal and/or chelsea then we'll need maybe 11 wins. getting 9 or 11 wins seems unlikely for any of the team chasing 4th. so it'll go to the wire with chelsea just piping us to it. it may come down to who has the better end of season suarez or drogba.
