There is no (should be no) debate here Faz. Obviously champions league is massively important in progressing as a club. Best players want to play in it, gives you an extra 40 mill + a year, tests you at the highest level. There are no 2 ways about it, thats why every manager and player is going on about top 4 is the priority and it would be a disaster if they didnt get it.

It would seem that you are seeking something that you lack in exchange, you can't barter that . Besides if watching lfc at anfield leaves you as peniless and depressed as you seem to be, are you sure its a good idea?
