I was at the game when the cat ran on. I am an animal lover dogs and cats and I felt for the poor thing it was terrified. Now it turns out he was a stray who hung around outside anfield and was asleep in a cone when the game kicked off as you do. Don't know if you know Anfield as an area but its not a great place to be anything never mind a stray cat. Now its in freshfields rescue centre, freshfields is where Kenny and Alan Hansen live and about as posh as you can get. I am sure it did not enjoy the experience but talk about changing your luck! Good luck to you fella you earned it.
I believe Shanks played a blinder tbh,got the exposure needed to highlight his plight and by the sounds of it will land well and truly on his feet when rehomed.
