Players, managers, staff, fans and our home ground are the pieces that make up a club, no Yank in the world has control of that. How have you come to that conclusion? Same way you came to the conclusion that 'nobody is bigger than the club', and then contradicted yourself by suggesting nobody is bigger than the club, except John Henry .

Aldo John Henry owns liverpool Football Club which is british limited company. I have owned a number of Limited companies and as long as you are the majority shareholder you can do as you like. If thats wrong my friend then explain how referring to the appropriate company law.

Ultimately though the fans could have the final say by voting with their feet. If the fans leave even the owner cant do anything much about that rendering him powerless

Ultimately though the fans could have the final say by voting with their feet. If the fans leave even the owner cant do anything much about that rendering him powerless Yes with no customers Liverpool are finished and John Henry will lose his investment. But he is the man in the driving seat what he does over the next 2 years will determine whether Liverpool are a top 4 club with a new stadium or a mid table side with a derelict stadium.

another issue is what type of club do you all want , do you want this international brand with loads of foreign money and foreign fans ? or do you want the old fashioned club were its just english/scots.irish/welsh and no CL no outside investments etc etc , well this is why i believe fenway stepped-in , because fenway want this international brand , courting the investment and fans from asia and the USA , and i believe they have a big fear of there investment in this club in england will or had gone toxic because of what went on and thats why suarez and dalglish could go .

Regardless of all the issues the likes of you and me can want our club to be what we like,i dont think we will have much clout though,who's going to listen to our wants?
