Have to agree Fletcher improving year on year. He is one of those players who is a bloody nuisance. A clean version of Kevin Davies. He wins balls in the air and is a real scrapper in the box. I like him and not sure about £12m but could be as much as £10m. Not lightening quick but he is big and strong and quick enough with it to cause problems for any defence.

I have mentioned him 2 or 3 times on here. Good worker and ideal replacement for Kuyt as a striker who gets assists and goals.

If we go out and buy a big name striker in the summer we are still going to need someone with Prem League experience. I see two strikers coming in the summer because Bellamy and Kuyt cannot go on for ever. Fletcher would be high on my list to be one of those.

Wolves fans have begun to take to Fletcher now but for about 6 months or so they utterly despaired with him!
