As usual the media are building the whole handshake into something more than it is, just like they did with Terry at QPR! All the problems in football in this country are blown out of proportion by the media which is why they take centre stage rather than the match itself!


Something is going to happen or be said before Saturday by someone that is going to really stir things up. The ones that break cover first on this will hand the moral high ground to the other side. My money is on bacon face to open the bidding.

I really hope he starts, I don't care about this handshake sheningan, its really a non-issue. Suarez and Evra should shake hands with each other and then get on with the game. Suarez has to start for me.

I reckon they should start him and put him right behind Gerrard in line. If he refuses to shake suarezes hand, then I reckon the whole team should boycott shaking his.

he wasnt"convicted"a panel from the FA said he did it.there was no court case like the Terry situation.Suarez got an 8 match ban but he's not a convict.he will recieve way more abuse on saturday than evra did that day.i hope evra nor the rest of the manure team shake his hand,then i hope he rips thm apart.a Suarez winner in the last few minutes would be a thing of beauty.

Dont say that, there are Liverpool fans who will be most disapointed if Gerrard is'nt made captain of our footballing body.
