all joking aside what about roy hodgson for next manager? very experienced, get's good performances out of average players (and we have a lot of them right now!!) and his teams try and play footie on the ground and keep possession ...... plus he is used to working with owners who aren't particularly helpful

I'm well up for the Simon Cowell role!! But can I just point out that flameboy brought up the x factor and wakbakduken brought up the greasy hair. Personally I don't have an opinion either way with greasy hair.
