Under Hicks & Gillet i'd agree but the new owners keep everything under wraps in regards to transfers, tell me one transfer report this January which has been from inside Liverpool.

Also don't you think they have learnt from the summer when they lost out on potential targets by other clubs coming in for the players.

That's absolute [oops] mate, no offence. It's in the interest of the agent, the selling club and the player for his availability to be made public - nothing we can do can stop that.
Have you considered that the reason there have been no official reports from the club is because we have no targets, or that kenny isn't being trusted with any more spending?

I think we will bring players in and are waiting until after tomorrows game to see where we are in terms of silverware for the season.

I do agree that they will probably think a little more about who they allow Kenny (if it was his decision) and Commolli to buy in future.

No, he's more of a deep lying passing midefielder (think Xabi Alonso)and can not really tackle all that well. Granero does seem to pop up with goals though.

Perhaps that is because he is indeed an attacking midfileder and not a defensive mid or deep lying mid..Not Like Xabi Alonso at all, completely different role. Do you guys actually watch the players before commenting on them?
