Hi guys this is my first post here. Have been following koptalk for a long time but never posted. I am sorry to say this but we are mid table at best with the way we are set up. I am a huge fan of Kenny and no disrespect but he won't get us to where we want to be unless he stops being biased towards buying British players. he is too defensive in his approach. Not just today but most of the time. we don't have a poacher coz there's only one person in the box at the end of an attack. If we want to be successful in Europe Kenny is not definitely the answer. I feel really bad for a negative post as my first but I am sooo damn frustated

I am sorry I should add ( at home this season) to it. Just imagine the team rafa would have built with the funds Kenny was given

Don't start that again, he had his chance.

We're not a midtable side, but if things don't change, we won't be finishing even in the top 5, let alone the top 4.

Everytime I think we're showing signs of improving (scored 3 against Newcastle, 5 against Oldham, then an away win to City) then we go and f*ck up in yet another home game to a mid-lower table side.

A couple of things need to change.

1. We need to sign at least 2 players in January - a goalscorer and a winger.
2. We need to completely ditch these cautious lineups in home games, it's a load of b*llocks.

If we don't address these problems in the next couple of weeks then I have to say, I no longer believe we have a chance of finishing in the top 4.

If we address these issues successfully, we're still in with a chance.

He never had his chance.

If he had half of what kenny was given, we would have won no.19 by now.

Kenny is the problem, the team he picked today was an absolute joke! 5 at the back against a team who had no interest in attacking! Our home form has been really poor this season, too many draws against rubbish teams and this will ultimately cost Kenny his job in the summer!
All the blind faithers who think he can do no wrong need to have a look in the mirror. I don't care if we win the Carling Cup, 6th place is not good enough given the amount if money we have spent and that where we are headed!
By the way, I go to every game, week in week out so I'm more than entitled to speak my mind!
Rant over...

Well I am not a man of past. I belong to present and at present it's not kenny's time. He gets his tactics right with the top 4 teams coz he defends well. I have to agree he improved this team defensively. But ffs when you bought caroll you have to play to his strengths. I can strongly say he only recieved good service in may be 2 -3 games. You can't ask him to be successful in pass and move game. And people are so keen to trash caroll and forget the man who bought him and doesn't appreciate his strenghts.
