Yeah, Kompany is a great player, and one that I would take any day of the week. Silva, Aguero, and Kompany are the best players they have, and would be high on my list.

So I'm glad he's out because he dominated us last time we played them.

I see your point.

two feet leave the groung, it's a red card all day long. 5years ago maybe would have got off with it as the ref had to decide on intent. Clearly he was going to win the ball with his right foot, why the hell did he bring in his left as well. Silly rather than malicious.

I think I'm right in saying the ref who sent off Kompany was the one who missed Lampard's attempt to end Hamill's playing career a few days earlier

Or so he'd have you believe

The ref saw Lampard's tackle (if you can call it that) - but just sas the FA will do with Terry - he took no action because like most officials in this country he's a complete and utter pussy scared to upset Chelsea

Refs in this country have no intergrity - look how many pts Howard Wenbb;s decision have benefiited Man Utd

And he;s meant to be the best ref in England - a cheating piece of sh*t

This is correct. 2 feet leave the floor its a red. When did the rule book say you need to break your opponents leg to get a red? Its a red no doubt about it and if anyone thinks its not go watch it again and again a few times and you will change your mind.

His name isn't Lampard either sadly.

Highly unlikely since he is English but i've seen stevie get sent off doing less malicious tackles.

was a silly decison by city to appeal it they where never gonna win it. also johnsons was just as bad tonite if we take it by the letter of the law.

i personally thought they where both good tackles - but maybe not in todays game

the ammount of diving in and diving in general is killing football
