I accept they are professionals but the niggling goes on in the professional game same as amateur. You go to Anfield we see it every game. Evra like the Oldham player was playing up the race card to take advantage in the game or just to get attention. I have no time for it and you are playing up to it unless we make a stand it wont be worth going out of the house with offending someone. not having the oldham player played the race card i think he was genuine upset , his mam and dad came to watch him play it was possibly thr biggest night of his career etc etc . Oh for crying out loud did he not get an PS3 for christmas? How old is he 10? I thought he was 20. I cannot believe what I am hearing. sad you think like this mate , i might have just about expected evra to get a bit of stick , but to turn on this lad for nothing and then just dismiss him sad , question if it hads been jack robinson or flanagan or say adam morgan that had a pop at evra and got banned would that bother you or is it just good players getting banned that upsets you ?

The Oldham player was milking it in my eyes. He did not have to react like that, its not like it was a group of people, it was only one or two idiots.

I am a bit suprised you take that opinion Stanley, a man with your knowledge should know there are words nowadays which are simply no longer acceptable to use and the one Suarez used is one of them wether you agree with it or not. I know if you used that word in the same context Suarez did in any workplace up and down the country you would be in serious trouble. Of course and I see dysfunctional behaviour and hidden racisim because of it. I think its wrong I am against all racisim but getting it out of perspective and creating different standards (Abbott) is leading to a lot of ill feeling. That will cause more racism albeit of a different form. I know business people who wont employ anyone black not because of racism but because they are frightened of the race card being played in event of a disciplinary situation. Big businesses can carry it but not small businesses who rely on people. I know one bloke who was almost bankrupted which would have resulted in 12 people losing their jobs becauzse of a mallicous allegation. Had the guy being white he would have just been sacked end of story but the race card was played and it cost him tens of thousands. Its wrong Ford and if we carry on with it, it will result in more and more division.

its like this guys, ive been to a few merseyside derbys and the amount of stick steven gerrard gets about his wife and kids is disgusting. now ive never seen gerrard react in the way this oldham lad did and imo what gets said to him is far worse. come to think of it ive never seen a newspaper write about the stick players get either. but now with all this race stuff there all over it. is that not double standards??

Very good point Irish look at the stick lescott got for his facial disfigurment nothing was done whatsover is that worse than being called black, not in my book. I was at Anfield a few years ago with my 8 year old son when the kop sang something about gary nevilles mum taking it up the sh*tter. How do you think I felt listening to that. Any outcry in the Echo ? what do you think?. Last week an opposition play lost his son to illness and the barnsley fans chanted about it. Focus / Faz ARE YOU TELLING ME it was worse for soft namby baby on Friday night?

Its unfair and unjust and causing misery in society and people like sheep are going along with it. And its causing more racism to boot the very thing it purports to stop.
