pros ;
better type of football then the last couple years
giving the youngsters a chance
getting rid of dead wood

cons

not playing bellamy more, been better then most playing in his position
his subs are a bit late, they dont get enough time to make an impact
not addressing the lack of pace in our team properly
needs to improve home form

Playing better football to watch but his transfers have been disasterous in terms of value and impact. Enrique excepted.
