That man needs a solicitor, hearsay has no basis in law,if there was a number of people who had no previous connections saying then it would be a stronger case. club can ban who they like its up to LFC who they allow in Does'nt it say the very same thing on every season ticket or match ticket bought or sold too, what they say goes regardless. that would be very surprising. If you're paying hundreds of pounds for a season ticket I'm sure you've have more rights than someone being able to kick you out without justification. http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/tickets/season-ticket-terms-and-conditionsbtw, you still haven't answered my question? which question I have slept since then.

i know someone who it happened to club just told him he was banned no come backs nothing because in the end its up to the club who they allow in and ironicly it was a manchester united player who he had a go at a few years back . It's difficult to disect a specific case witout having all the facts but: - was it simply a case of one man's word against another? If so, do you think that's fair? just said that before not saying its fair or right but its the clubs policy and actively encouraged , but in the same breath they back a player who admitted to say these sort of words double standards . Faz, you can't just use some vague reference to your mates case to back things up. And if you thin it's not fair, that's exactly what we're saying about Suarez - he's being found guilty for something (i.e. saying Negro 7 times in an insulting manner) for which there is no supporting independent evidence.

In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 3.5, no refund shall be payable to the holder in respect of any unexpired portion of the Season Ticket. Looks like number 12 in the club rules covers the legal aspect.

The club cannot be allowed to just ban somebody if they dont have a reason to do it,personally I would seek advice.

Thats because Suarez is worth million and millions of pounds to them where a supporter is'nt, this is why the Club is two faced over the matter, I would go as far as to say they would of taken a different stance if the player involved was a less high profile player like Jay Spearing, double standards is correct and that stretches to most of the fans on here over the matter.

yawnnnnn... Ford Focus is a fake, phony, charlatan, pseudo fan, wind up fetishist, and judging by his diction about 8 years old. Not only has he not read the report - he also doesn't read opposing posts. He just repeats his boring contrary mantra, which somehow gets him off.
I, myself, and many others have offered arguments on the language used by Evra and Suarez - and the cultural associations. There have been some intelligent points made about the lack of legal precedent and the singularity and inequity of the FA's treatment of the player also. None of this has had any effect upon the brick-like mentality of those whose only joy in life is to play the devil's advocate on an internet forum.
It's sad to see fans starting to turn against the player and the club. That's what the media wants - that's what the FA wants - and I'll argue all day that's what Fergie intended when he advised Evra in the first place. It's a classic stitch-up and it's working. Go on YouTube and watch the Video on Suarez's relationship with poor kids from the slums. This man is the least racist player in the premier league. Wayward and immature perhaps - but not racist nor malicious. Why on earth should we cave in to the sham moralism of the media. It's not a fair Kop! Well put together.

just said that before not saying its fair or right but its the clubs policy and actively encouraged , but in the same breath they back a player who admitted to say these sort of words double standards . Faz, you can't just use some vague reference to your mates case to back things up. And if you thin it's not fair, that's exactly what we're saying about Suarez - he's being found guilty for something (i.e. saying Negro 7 times in an insulting manner) for which there is no supporting independent evidence. for starters the person was not my mate , plus the club did this on the hear say of one person who complained the clubs terms and conditions allow this to happen , now is it ok for the club to do it to a paying supporter , and then on the other hand actively back a player to the hilt when he has admitted using these sort of comments ? sorry Faz, I got the impression he was your mate. But apart from that, there's no point in discussing this further because you're starting to go round in circles again. As has been said already: - it's not valid using your personal example as we don't have the full facts - lets assume that it exactly as you say it is then it's unfair and that's consistent with some (most?) people's view here that Suarez is not being judged fairly. - again assuming that the person you know was dealt with exactly as you say, then under the season ticket T&Cs and the legal bit that wakka referred to, the person concerned probably had the option to take legal action.
