Evra's case: asked Suarez why he had kicked him, Suarez replied "Porque tu eres negro", meaning "Because you are black"
'FA instructed two experts to prepare a report on the linguistic & cultural interpretations of "negro" and "negros" in Rioplatense Spanish'
FA's report language leaves itself open to scrutiny with claims such as "Mr Suarez was not as impressive a witness as Mr Evra"

FA findings in Suarez-Evra case don't really help clarify anything. In the end it still boils down to accepting one man's word over another.

What the point is that is what evra said that suarez said to him you cannot find someone guilty of anything just on someone's say so that isn't the way that the law works if that is the case then we are all in big trouble and the game is in big trouble because these accusations will be flying around all over the place and nearly everyone could get banned . Just crazy that someone can be found guilty on the accusers say so .

After reading that report it looks like Evra lied about what was said in the goal-mouth therefore should be punished for it.
If the FA feel that what he said was true in the goal-mouth then they would have called Suarez a racist and he should have been banned for a lot longer.
The whole thing stinks.

The question is if whether if Evra called Suarez a South American or not. If he did, he deserves an equal ban, if not more.

Evra's a lieing piece of [oops], in the papers it says Evra claims kuyt said to him stand up you fcuking pr1ck, whereas kuyt says he said stand up stand up. I can't imagine kuyt using foul language for some reason he's just too nice a guy.
