Not every single word of it no sorry, have you answered my question yet about what would happen to me if I went into work and said to a black collegue "Dale, negro, negro, negro." and pinch there skin ? You'd be declared both a racist and an idiot, because you are English. Since your example has no relevance to this case, can you explain how you came up with it and why you persist with shoving it down our throats? You are very confused that in Uruguayan 'negro' means 'black' (a reference to a colour, much like the words 'green' and 'orange') while in English 'negro' means 'n1gger' (a reference to the colour of a person's black skin etc and is a racial slur). Until you get that into your head you won't understand this case at all. In addition, Suarez denies saying what you claim he said, so unless there is actual evidence you cannot assume he lied.

Faz - You are turning this into a scene from Life of Brian when they are stoning the bloke for saying Jehovah!
Words such as Negro or black are not racist, if they were they would be outlawed aka Jehovah. It's the context and who too that cause the problem and thats where it all gets fuzzy.
The FA are trying to take a moral stand point regardless of facts. If the papers were all in defense of Suarez do you think they would judge against him? NO, they have and always will take the popular vote, they always have done.
Even a Manu fan said to me that Suarez should never have been given a ban based on no evidence. He likens it to the Ferdinand issue where he got 8mths and another player got two weeks ban for the same offense. The FA are terrified of bad publicity. It's why I think we should move on, support has been shown for the player and he will be back in work for early Feb.

holes keep being punched in the FA document every day, the most interesting new stuff:
- this confirmed by British expats living in Uruguay for years, and a Uruguayan Spanish language expert, the term Evra claimed Suarez used and the FA condemned him for doesn't exists in Uruguay. the phrase as claimed by Suarez dose.
- the FA claimed Suarez was in a heatd argument at goal area and its not possible for him to be friendly, the video evidence and body language show the contrary, he was confused by Evras anger and tried to avoid him not confront him.
- at the end of the confrontation Evra racially slurred Suarez and it is in that response that Suarez used the word black for the first and only time, the video shows Evra's surprise and shock from what was said, and immediately complained to the ref, the point being why wasn't Evra "shocked" if he was called black repeatedly in the earlier exchange?

Quite frankly Suarez should just suck it up. The damage to his credibility has already been done by the media, and the British press is probably the best in the world at tabloidism. Over the past few days it's become clear to me that this was a stitch-up job on him, but the LFC defense was naive and poorly-prepared, to the point that our side produced different versions of the truth while Man U's case said one thing and one thing only. I understand from other articles that evidence due to LFC (mainly the video evidence, it seems) was not made available to LFC until the cross-examination of Evra had started, but rather than saying as much we instead agreed that we'd had sufficient time to review it. Our defense regarding this evidence came across as contrived, and therefore easily viewed as false.
We scored an own goal and Howard Webb was the official. Suarez will do exceedingly well to get the ban reduced to 4 matches. I don't think he did it, but we botched the case and right now no one outside LFC actually cares whether he's a racist because the media has said he is, and that's all that matters to the people who won't read those 115 pages.
