Yeah suppose I should have been more specific, I was satisfied with the first half performance except for the lack of goals. After 60 minutes however we just looked tired and we let them come at us
I never finish anythi

We defo didn't play like a mid-table team bar our finishing. In fact, we controlled the back and the midfield. It was only the play in the final third that needs working on.
It was a game we could easily have won 4 to 5-0. And we hit the post twice??
Imagine if we have a decent finisher in this team like fowler we'd be up there challenging for the title.

That save from Maxi's shot to the bottom corner was world class. Yeah, hit the woodwork another 2 times - that's 16 times this season now. Unbelievable. Delighted we got the 3 points that we deserved and hopefully we can build on this now. Great to see Suarez ending his dry spell today - I sold him from my Fantasy team last week, so it was bound to happen Be delighted if he can do that every week!!

Wish we coulkd play the top 5 teams every week. What the hell is it about so called 'lesser teams'? Do they defend deeper p'raps? Anyways, come Jan?Feb with a couple of new signings, we're going to be like a team of snarling vipers, mark me werds. Do vipers snarl btw?

Ehh... I've said countless times (including in that last post) that our poor finishing is the reason we don't have more points. Their keeper did have a great game though. Not as great as some of the other visiting keepers this season, but he pulled off some top quality saves. That doesn't excuse everything else, but it doesn't count for nothing. We do need to buy a finisher in January - something else I've said countless times.

you are right,a top finisher has to be the priority in january.i'll take the 3 points with a smile today but it could have been a case of 'the same old story' again.we were hanging on in the last 10 mins.saurez needs a partner who he has confidence in.

I hate to admit it but I thought a 1-1 draw was coming when QPR started to have the run of play around 70 minutes. It would have fit into many a script for us this season. Glad they didnt and 3 points won are all that matters. Jan isnt far away and I hope we act early in Jan if possible so we can get some goal scoring help. There are too many important games in Jan to wait till the 31st again.

Just come back from the game good match enjoyed it. Thought our general play was ok but same old story we can't finish. Coming home all the phone in's saying the same thing we need a striker desperately. We have to bring someone in in January even if its someone on loan.
