i couldn't even bring myself to watch it to be honest - still least it is easy to tell when he is lying - his lips are moving

i got a strange feeling when i watched this. somehow it feels like this takeover wont go through either, and that we will be stuck with him and the other one for some time to come...

yea, i kind of understood that when i watched this clip yesterday. We just won't get rid of em'...

the two yanks are not going anywhere fast so we all need to get used to it, no point going over and over it, even if Gillette did sell Tom Hicks would still be the main man with all the power and he as we know has no intention of selling out. The only silver lining is we will deffo be getting rid of one of the terrible threesome in the summer which will be the waiter.

As a northerner growing up on LFC n all their history it's really hard to take - a yank talking about your football club n the prospect of it being sold to a billionaire from the middle east...yeah I'm old fashioned I admit.

The game has definitely changed , partly for the better, but I can't imagine it would sit well with the almighty Shankly.

Personally though I'd take The Prince over the two yanks at the moment if it meant moving forwards.

the yanks use the gulf oil tycoons like thier concubines, when and how it suits them!

Thats the reality. So until the yanks can exploite the enormous wealth of teh arabs, they will sit tight i think.
