Maybe this is a good thing but is anyone else not extremely disappointed not to come away with a win? It just shows the progress we are making as a team to be the better team against a team of Man City's calibre.
Can't help but wonder how different the result could have been if Maxi, Bellamy or Gerrard had of played instead of Hendo. Was a waste of space today.

We are so close now. We have shown we are a great team and can challenge with the best. Just need to find some consistency. Which will come with time.

I can see a pattern emerging with hendo he is a top player but doesnt seem to have got it together and should be brought on as a sub every match till he grows up

Fcking hell, Hendo was decent today but made some annoying mistakes. Hope he grows as an player playing alongside Stevie G.

I am rarely negative when it comes to write in this forum but I am struggling to write a positive for Henderson, it worries me when he is on the ball. I see people are saying he's been better than Kuyt but at least Kuyt has lived up to his value throughout the years... I very much doubt Henderson ever will. hope I'm wrong

They all did well today. Lucas was exceptional. Won all the balls in the middle of the park. Jose did well too. Even Carroll nearly won it for us at the death.

Enrique is an outstanding purchase, consistent and should be in the Spain team.
Lucas is future captain.
Skrtel has silenced critics and has been solid lately.
Adam has proved me wrong personally and I honestly thought he would be a flop but he is an important player for us now.

Adam was exceptional today. Between him and Lucas for MOTM. Hart saved their asses today, both Suarez and Carroll might have scored against another keeper.

I'm sick of moral victories, yes we played well BUT got 1 point. I'm not giving out about team. Just disappointed we failed to punish AGAIN, I'm sure it'll happen and kd doing fine job. Just short someone clinical

that's the frustrating thing about this season. i feel that there has only been one game where we were poor and that was spurs away. we have been the better team in all the other games but still we've only managed to win 2 out of 7 games at anfield. we really need to start turning those missed chances into goals. maybe a new striker in january is the answer? or could carroll be that player if he was given a real chance? im not sure...
