I wouldn't change anything except to first study why Suarez is so good for Uruguay and so average for LFC. It's the Torres problem - Uruguay and LFC play different football. I think a lot of the problem is that Suarez thinks he needs to do it all for LFC, but in his national side he's simply the sharp end of a powerful machine.
I'd let his partnership with Carroll run its course, and hope Gerrard can stay fit more than Agger.
