All the Champions League is about is money, how any true fan can talk about the Club making money above success and Glory is totaly beyond me, one season at a time, we are not even in the Champions league this season so how can it be more important than winning a cup THIS season. WELL......what greater glory and I say this again WHAT greater glory was there than 77, 78,81, 84, 05?????? Yes it is about money that what modern football is even to win the carlling cup. But you apeak to any Liverpool fan even the old gits like me and I would bet you 99% say the european nights St Ettiene, Auxere, Olympiacos, Juventus, Chelsea. We must have those days back at Anfield and no the europa wont do. If we have to sacrifice the Carling cup to achieve that then so it must be. End of message. +1 its all about the bigger picture. some people dont get that obviously. if you dont like the modern game the way its gone thats fair enough, but thats the way it is now. we need to be in the champs league thats our biggest priority as a club, anyone who thinks otherwise is either very naive or very stupid. whats this bigger picture ? even if liverpool did get 4th its guarantees nothing , dalglish has never managed in europe to any sort of success and liverpool would need loads more players to play in europe because going by what you say and dalglish says this squad isnt good enough to play one extra game before january , but the squads of fulham , stoke city even birminghan city seem to cope well enough with playing in the europa league plus the league cup game they played plus league matches never mind arsenal chelsea man city and man united , but after multi millions spent to revamp this squad its not up to one extra game according to you and the defeatist dalglish . Dalglish does seem a bit baffling, maybe due to his age or something, he comes out complaining about players being tired and how unfair it is asking them to play too many games yet he never says anything about playing meningless friendlies against Rangers only a few weeks ago, taxi for Dalglish me thinks hopefuly as a nice xmas present from Mr Henry as goodwill gesture to all us true fans.

sorry but this moaning from dalglish is just turning the club into a laughing stock , playing games thursday and then sunday seems ok for stoke city, fulham and even birmingham city , but after multi millions spent on the squad dalglish think his squad he picked are not capable of playing 3 games in 9 days , what a scandal ,chelsea and man city are playing 4 games in 9 days i see no moaning from them just defeatist from dalglish gettin g his excuses out early .

Every manager moans about the fixture list,get over it. not like this telling fans not to travel saying he is putting out a weakened team in a competition that is liverpool best chance of silverware .

I suggest you read the interview again,properly this time. read it a few times and read the dominic king article this morning on twitter says exactly what it says , dont travel weakened team defeatist , talksport done a phone in about it last night he has give it up already defeatist .

Whats with the name calling? did I call you anything, you may disagree with my post thats fine but just leave the name calling out will you... I did mention Marinez name as a future candidate no problem, I like the fellers ideas and the way he tries to get his team to play football, I also like Ancelotti and the Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp This is the road we should of gone down when we needed to appoint a manager not a manager stuck firmly in the past who is struggling and completely out of his depth, what you sow is what you reap and it's there for all to see this season what a mistake we made and missed opportunity gone.

I quite like this warning fans not to turn up idea. Maybe we could extend it further for example I would have appreciated some warning before the Swansea game. Maybe a advert on LFCTV website we advise fans to go christmas shopping in this day would have been appropriate. Well done Kenny very innovative.
