It doest matter if we win our next 10 games in a row score 30 and conceding 6, If the eleventh game is a 0-0 draw people are going to call for Rafas head. I personally (don't want to see him go) think time is all but up for him. What I'm sad to see is this, Fans don't see that the club is in a mess anymore, all they see is we finished second last year and the natural progression is to win the league and in some ways rightly so, But what that has done is stopped people looking behind the senses,So sack Rafa, Take is the likes of Hiddick who by the way manages in the same mould as rafa so don't be thinking free flowing football and get on with it, BUT if the club does not change ownership don't come crying about the next manager been crap!

 i dont want him to go either, but i can see the pressure building unless of course Rafa pulls a masterstroke, i think we heading backwards if we do sack him. Certain players will be sold, and the 20million sponsorship money will come in, that will leave a new coach with about 50-60 million to spend if we assume torres wont be sold. So we take steps back whle city go forward. If Rafa goes, i think torres will go on soon after will follow reina. Then you can forget about Villa and Silva too! New coach, new style, new players.

we know the club is in a mess..but the football side of things has got to be right first. and rafa and lucas are taking us into the europa league. the americans should sell but if they don't what can we do ?nothing ,so let them get their own man in charge -hopefully o'neill -and let them be judged on that appointment -everyone knows they hate rafa-they should have never given him the new contract in the first place What about Zola?

I don't think we should be too worried about Torres, Reina etc leaving if Rafa does. They will still be under contract. Just look at when Mourinho left the Chavs. All the players that were set to follow him are still there.

Yep thats true...But you never know, and i do think that some of the players will leave if Rafa gets sacked/resigns...
The biggest problem is absolutely not Rafa and we all know that...It doesn't matter if we get a new manager as long as we're stuck with the yanks, they won't back him either...

-everyone knows they hate rafa-they should have never given him the new contract in the first place If they hate Rafa, why reward him with a new contract, give him stability & back him financially(although not much). Plus, I would ignore Gillett's comments as they were probably taken out of a paragraph that also praised the manager.

its imperative we sack him now,tomorrow asap. he won't leave his contract is worth a fortune It would cost a few million to sack him now. It is too early in the season to be sacking managers.

What the hell is going on! in just over 2 weeks we play the Mancs & i feel good about what we are going to do to them. All supporters hand on hearts know that we can turn over the Mancs, so why is the manager's future being brought into question? Anyone would think we were playing in La Liga or Serie A & going thru 3 managers a season.

What the hell is going on! in just over 2 weeks we play the Mancs & i feel good about what we are going to do to them. All supporters hand on hearts know that we can turn over the Mancs, so why is the manager's future being brought into question? Anyone would think we were playing in La Liga or Serie A & going thru 3 managers a season. The reason is probably because of the article Dunk wrote about Rafa losing the dressing room...But i agree with what you're saying, it's not the right time talking about this now because a lot of things can happen during this season...The only thing that's certain is that Rafa is no way near the biggest problem at the club, everyone knows that the two clowns from america are the real problem...
