i think the fact that rafa has done nothing to fix the clear deficiencies in the side are why people are losing faith in rafa .... that along with not giving academy players a chance are enough reasons imo to say performances are not good enough and he is doing nothing about it!

he still refuses to make subs in time to alter the course of a match and he consistently airs the clubs dirty linen in public ..... if he hasn't realised by now that we don't do things like at Liverpool then he never will

we won't see academy players playing more joe - look at what happened when one of them had a chance of a few games, rafa rushed out and bought the greek!

i think i said in another thread, there is nothing a coach can do if the young english players wants to play week in week out and not wait for his turn! A younf argentinian boy will be more that willing to wait for his turn.

Same goes for crouch, he wanted play week in week out, under ths manager you will never get that unless you are part of the spine of the team.

So we dont know if warnock wanted to leave or if Rafa told him to leave. most yong english player want to play week in week out, Ryan Shawcross, Stephen warnock etc.....

Young argentinian Insua fr example is willing to wait his turn, like Ngog. How many young english strikers are willing to be like Ngog?

Just take a look at Crouch, he left because he didn't get enough chances, and now he's at spurs and so far the prefered strike partnership there is defoe-keane...

is probably because starting with crouchie limits ur attacking style and options, so he wont get in the spine of even spuds.i guess it can be bolton...

If….Ode to Lucas
If you can play in front of crowds and keep your shirt,
' Or walk with Gerrard - nor lose the common touch….Carra,
if neither foes nor loving friends can read your pass,
If all men criticise you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of bovine touch,
Yours is the Centre mid and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man- U fans dream, my son!
