if teams attack chelsea, arsenal, they will score, as both teams have weak defences. as shown in yesterdays game
just got to make sure we have a better defence then them.
Silly boy, Chelsea's defence is arguably the best in the league, they just had a bad day yesterday. There is no way you can compare our mediocre defence with theirs. they have a good defense..but i wont say the best....utd got a better def..even arsenal with mertesacker and vermaelena are looking good I would be interested to see the stats for shots against each team's keeper because I honestly do not think we will be far from the best record on that one. I think Utd have conceded far more chances this season than for a long time and same goes for Chelsea too.

Suso aren't you forgetting Inter Milan? They have plenty of flairs, sure remember they hit Dida with one? Haha, I remember. Brilliant that!

Just logged back in after being away for the weekend. I was not picking on you SWoolsey, should have made that clear, as most of your posts are positive and interesting. I was just using your post to draw a parallel between the readiness of of posters like Pictonclok and Crownpaints, (both of whom I consider to be pushing an agenda) to tip Chelsea and Arsenal for the title or a top 4 finish, whilst condemning us to 5th or 6th, even though we are only one point behind Chelsea and actually one point ahead of Arsenal. In addition to the two mentioned above, there are 3 or 4 others who I consider to be just childish, with a negative mindset, posting over the top reactions to both wins and looses, but always seem to be pre-diosposed towards negativity! These people may well be supporters of LFC but can they really consider themselves to be fans?

To be honest, Chelsea had been lucky this 2-3 seasons. They have got the money and players but their football is not anywhere near the likes of Barcelona, Arsenal or Man U. They dont have the flair to become one of football finest team. Same goes to Real Madrid. All they can manage is a 1-2 goal wins. Having said that, Liverpool with the current squad will beat the hell out of them this season. I really hope that will happen. Especially after the Torress saga. Same goes with Real Madrid?, Madrid are crushing teams easily and are on top of La Liga. So what if they are crushing smaller team. With Morinho as their manager, they'll end up like Chelsea. When i talk about flair, it just simply playing football at its finest. Pass, move and the understanding of player movement. They call it beautiful football. I dont see Real and Chelsea playing beautiful football. They are more individualistic.

I think your way off the mark with your assumptions, there is a complete difference between writing Liverpool off for a top four place and not Arsenal and Chelsea, Liverpool's team has no recent history of getting better as there finishes in the last two seasons show, in fact it shows we are as poor as ever while the other two Clubs have remained in the top four all the time. I dont think Arsenal are as strong as previous seasons but with there manager they still cant be ruled out, Chelsea are just having a bit of a blip and will probably still finish third. So you see Thats why I may rule Liverpool out and not Arsenal and Chelsea, I will rule Newcastle out too if it makes you feel better, If Liverpool never had Suarez or if he gets a long term injury I will go as far as to say Liverpool would finish between 8th and 10th for sure as we are now a one man team.

for me real trump inter. the list of ronaldo, ozil, dimaria is backed up with the likes of benzima, higuain, kaka, sahin. I don't know who started talking about inter but they are playing rubbish football at the moment. They have good players but there is no flair in the way they're playing right now. Real on the other hand are playing some incredible football.

What has she assumed again exactly? Besides that you are pushing an agenda, which you have not denied, I don't see any unsupported assumptions. She pointed out that there is only a point separating us from either team, and so long as that holds true it's still a damn close race. You are the one assuming that Liverpool won't make top four based on 2 bad seasons. The team at the top of the table finished 5th 2 years ago, so I don't buy your argument. I don't see why you're bringing a hypothetical statement about Suarez into the argument, since the post wasn't about him, but I still disagree. He's a fine player and does amazing things for us, but there are plenty of names on the score sheet besides his, and he is not the only one creating chances.
