He's basically gone there and immediately taken over Adam's role as the free role cm and hes flourishing making the late runs and shooting for distance outside the peno area. Nice to see that by 3-4 years time when Adam starts to get a bit too old, then Shelvey will immediately slot in.

Never really been a big fan, it's a hard midfield to get into. Happy to see him do well though. How is cole getting on?

He's at Blackpool. Great to hear he's doing so well. A hat trick - not bad going at all! Good lad yourself Jonjo! Is it a season long loan yeah? Or just til January? Hopefully he can keep this up and return next season a hugely improved player ready to challenge for a spot. He's still very young.

Great to hear. There's no denying the guy's talent, but he needs just this sort of experience and confidence boost to fulfill that potential. Hopefully he'll mature into a star before he comes back to us.

Was just about to start a thread on the same thing. He seems to be enjoying life there but it's great to see him having an impact and not just scoring goals but setting them up as well. Have seen his last two games and he's been in the top 2 on the pitch in both of those. Credit to him and keep up the good work.

Hopefully he can make a name for himself in a LFC shirt too.
