Wouldn't rule Chelsea out of the title race just yet. Think some of us should learn our lesson after writing off Arsenal, look at them now... well up there and in contention for fourth place if not higher. Chelsea are now in a rough patch but anything can happen in the Prem this season as we have seen.

How many 'fans' wrote us off also and look where we are now! If Chelsea are still in the title race why cant we also be considered to be still in it? If as you say, Arsenal are "well up there and in contention for fourth place if not higher" why cant we (a point ahead of them) not be considered in "contention for fourth place if not higher" May I suggest sheer unadulterated negativity on the part of these "fans"! Forever whinging on about bad signings, too much money spent, and any other sh*t they can latch on to. Time they got behind the team and act like real fans, not enemies who try to undermine and drag us down.

Bit of a pointless comment considering I never once ruled Liverpool out of anything I was just stating not to rule other teams out. I challenge you to find one negative comment on this forum that came from me regarding Liverpool and I guarantee you will not find any. So quit your yapping

I think the negativity stems from the fact of what we have witnessed this season, the money wasted, the poor managerial decisions and watching the likes of United and City pull further and further away from us both on and off the pitch. I think at the start of the season there was a bit of optimism with the money spent and the feel good factor fans had from Dalglish was still in effect however that has slowly ebbed away and the players signed are showing there true side as three goals from Downing, Carroll and Henderson all season collectively points out. I think it's going to be a long hard slog of a season where we will win two games, draw a game and lose a game we have a slim outside chance of fourth place but far more likely to finish fifth or sixth in my opinion.

no jimmy, the negativity is all in your head. theres you and about 2 others that spew the same nonesense about dalglish week after week win lose or draw. most supporters are still optimistic thisseason. we won away to stoke and west brom this week, no easy places to go. charlie adam was prob man of the match, enrique was good, henderson had prob his best game, suarez was class, and carroll was better and scored. all of those are dalglish s signings, so give it a rest will ya its gettin old.

I like this difference of opinions about how good people think we are, my opinion is that people think we are alot better than we actualy are, time will tell but up to now I think am closer to the truth overall.
