you are wrong he deputised for cattermole in cm when catermole was injured. he HAS spent most of his sunderland career... nearly 2 years..as a right sided midfield player.he was that good they loaned him out to coventry in 2009..in other words they didnt rate him...he returned from coventry and got in the first team.suddenly after just 1 season in the first team bruce claims he is the best english young player there is..kenny beieves him and buys him!!..unbelievable i know but exactly true.see for yourself. Ok, first of all if you want anyone to even begin to take you seriously, hire an editor or learn something about the conventions of the English language. Your erratic periods and elipsis marks make you sound like a child. Also, remembering to put a space between your periods and the next word will make you appear far more intelligent. Grammar aside, your lack of research or logic is appalling. To say that he's rubbish because he went out on loan is ridiculous. Young players go out on loan because they aren't getting first team experience, but the manager thinks they're promising and wants to develop them. Furthermore, his loan spell was 2 years ago. He was actually very successful at both the club and international level last year. He had one of the best chance creation records in the league and he scored goals for both club and country and was Sunderland's Young Player of the Year 2 years running. It wasn't just Steve Bruce who rated him either, he attracted interest from United, Chelsea, and city after Sunderland's unbeaten run against them at the start of last season. He also caught Capello's eye for both the senior squad and the U21 squad which he recently captained and scored for. Whether Kenny and Co. overpaid for him or not, there were certainly reasons he looked attractive, and to say that no one rated him until Bruce said he was the best young British player is nonsens. no i dont sorry wakka.i look at what lfc needed NOW to get back up there challenging.i suspect mr.henry thinks that way too. adress what is needed NOW then get in these potentials, not the other way round. Further proof that you simply aren't doing your homework or using any semblance of logic. As you admit, you clearly did not look into this at all before you comment. Furthermore, if Henry thinks that way, why would he or his staff buy Henderson? If you think we overpaid for him, fine. But don't pretend or think you know more than Kenny or FSG about sports management, and don't imply that Kenny is stupid enough to be duped into buying a player just because his manager said he was good.

And I can't believe you have the balls to call anyone else here illiterate. Your grammar and spelling are the most atrocious I've seen on the forum to date. To demonstrate my point I've highlighted all your careless errors in just this post for your convenience.

Fair, I made one spelling error. But you've called people illiterate, when your posts have sentence fragments, run on sentences, and punctuation problems that actually make them difficult to read or understand. I'm not going to jump on someone for one error, so long as the post still makes sense. Most of the posts here have one or two negligible errors.
My key point in that post wasn't grammar, though. My point was that your arguments about Henderson were utterly invalid.

if hed of hit it with more conviction it may have gone in..alan shearer said that on motd last night.he also said that he had to score with that header. HENDERSON PLAYED RIGHT FOR SUNDERLAND.HE WAS MOVED FROM THE CENTER.AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE HE WAS PLAYING RIGHT SIDE AND HAD BEEN FOR YEARS.FACT If he had hit it with conviction it would have just gone over, it was a lob. Have you ever played the game before?

Correct! It was a lob and took an excellent save to keep it out.

If he had scored that, it would have been contender for goal of the season considering how instinctive that lob was. It was a split second decision when he took the ball down and he hardly had a view of the goal. The execution was perfect too and it took a world class save to deny him. Only class players can do that and Hendo is one of them.
