I think with Agger back into the mix we'll look a lot stronger for the coming games. Skyrtel just doesn't cut it. We played well though. Kuyt, Hendo, Stevie, Enrique, and Adam all looked very good.

I almost passed out when De Gea saved Kuyt's attempt.

That deflection of Kuyt's header early on was certainly a handball. Should have been a penalty.

Skrtel was better today... yes he made a few errors but overall he was much better. He is a good back up for Carra and Agger and we should get behind him rather than slating him

Ah I don't know about that Maddog, I have no faith in him, would prefer Agger every time. Anyway we played them off the pitch and should have had another two goals at least, so many positives plus the return of Gerrard... what a player! Couple of more games and he will be flying again. I think we have turned a corner today, despite the silly goal we gifted them with!

I agree, it didn't feel like a one off (the good performance) more it felt like the midfield was looking more composed (fergie handed us the midfield battle from the start) Henderson seemed happier in that role in the middle and Adam got a bit more stuck in, everyone knows adam is a good passer but we all want to see him get stuck in a bit. Only negative was downing, but even in providing width with enrique he is important

You a man u fan?! Cost us the game ffs!!!! He's a liability. always has and always will be. Gives the ball away. Gives away stupid free kicks. Gets beaten on set plays. What does he give us?! No point in being a good back up if you come in and cost us games. Spurs and man u this year alone. he's cr*p. I'm 100% behind LFC but he's not helping our team, he's hurting it.

Great peformance the fact I am getting texts from gleeful mancs on getting the draw speaks volumes. Well done Kenny and the lads shame about the soft goal conceeded.

Let's face it skrtel is ok back up no more. He did cost us again. Fairs dues to hendo, a different players through the middle. I feel 2 dropped but if we can get a cpnsistency of performance at that level we'll be up there for sure. As the song goes "what a difference a Stevie makes ..."
