i think whatever company it is would be quite clever in keeping anfield in the name somewhere.

Don't think that will happen,if a company is handing over 150-200 million then they will want their name and their name only on the stadium.

i doubt very much theyd fill it at the best of imes sam.look what happened under hodgson when it was bleak.cup games are rarely full as are mid week games.

This talks abit more about buying up houses around the ground.Just to add the home owners who are against this could turn it into a long drawnout problem.

Talking about the naming rights and fans caryying on with old name. I think they tried to call St James Park something else and fans carried on calling it SJ park. I still think its called that. Personally the name Anfield does not do anything for me its the kop, the team and the fans they can call it what they like for me.
