Never a red card, the ref was poor all game tbh. i thought carra, carroll and enrique were all very good, suarez was as bad as i've seen him, the fact that he got MOTM on sky is embarrassing. downing was awful did nothing all game. [b]and again adam showed why we shouldn't have brought him. carroll and suarez starting to show a bit of a partnership developing.
overall; good performance, but we need gerrard in the middle if were gonna start really dominating games.[/b] how??? by hitting the Bar?

liverpool didnt play well but this week got the luck from the referee and in the end deserved it .

Didn't think we were bad though. Thought we had spouts of goodness, then just mopped along again, but a win is a win.
Just didn't have any killer instinct in that last third till the subs. And for some reason, we get to the half way line and just hoof it around a but to much. Downing had a very quiet game, but everyone has an off game.

downing was poor today i also thought kelly looked a bit awkward going forward. Adam critisim is harsh, though he played ok and almost scored he didnt give the ball away much.
happy with the win, form goes out the window on derby day as we all know. made up with that result

Bellamy, Stevie, Enrique, and Carroll were spot on today. Adam and Kuyt were decent (gutted that Kuyt's penalty was saved and ruined his perfect record). Skyrtle and Cara held up the defense ok, but they had me worried a couple of times. Downing and Lucas were silent though. I think the team is finally starting to gel. Once Gerrard is fully fit and back in the starting lineup I think we will be a force to be reckoned with, provided that Kuyt and Bellamy start from now on.

the best thing about today was 3 points. And looking at Gerrard he makes us 100000 times better. His vision and skill is miles ahead of anyone else in our squad
