At what point ..if at all..does a true realistic opinion become pessimistic.personaly if it is factual and proves to be correct i dont believe it does.
At what point does hope and belief become false.whenever the individual reaches the point where there hope and belief is broken i would say.to persist in something you dont believe in is not only difficult to do it is foolish and untrue as well.
Doom and gloom are words mentioned and yes to some then it can seem that way when someone is giving an honest assesment frequently.
ok...some of us have been heard and made our views known on certain deficiencies in the team.i suggest we now refrain for a little while at least from constantly stating this is bad or thats not right posts.i believe others are aware of these views now and to constantly ram it down their throat..views that is lol...is not nice.sooner or later they may well arrive at the same point as others already have and others have begun to do so.certainly the next 3 games are crucial to the top 4 finish.thats being realistic not pessimistic. i believe the current team will get 1 point from those 3 games due to the belief the current team fails to instill.i can only hope i am wrong.
the lesser teams are used to the kind of negativity because of their lack of success.the danger in posters not being realistic and just hoping and praying is that the team and the support base becomes used to and accepts mediocrity regulary and lfc then becomes no different from other lesser teams used to false if any real hopes and aiming for the top 10 is all they can do because they are so far removed from the elite.realism says only the best is good enough and anything else is not acceptable realy irespective of who is at the helm of lfc.
i am sticking to my realistic beliefs and others will too no dout but lets give others views a chance to flourish and prove we are mistaken.gladly i would be thrilled at that if they prove to be.however one would expect the persistent posters who are not realistic to also accept at some point that they may be incorrect too if warranted.

Hi Two- I think you have over elaborated and it’s not clear what you are saying. But from what I think you are saying I agree with you. For a forum to flourish everyone should be free to speak their views. Unless of course they are base insults, racist or something of that nature. If everyone agreed with each other the forum would die other than a few weirdoes complementing one another all the time. The whole point of a forum is you think X I think Y and we debate it out. Anything other than that and the whole thing is completely pointless. Of course not every thread need be contrary views but most will be by the nature of the thing.

hi stanley, i gues what i am trying to say is that there are 4 or 5 of us on here who have a similar opinion and it seems to infuriate other posters.im sure of my belief and believe it to be correct but its unkind imo to canstantly berate other posters who want to dream of dreams.i once read a saying...there are many ways to break a heart..but the cruelest way of all is to take away its dream!
who are we to break a dream.
can still offer opinions etc but doesnt have to be in the forceful im right manner so to speak.
hey, just an idea..doesnt mean im correct to offer it lol

Oh I see nothing wrong with hopes and dreams. However my personal view is that unless Henry develops an appropriate stratgey for the club (which has fallen way behind) then those posters will be dreaming for a long time yet.

imo henry does have a strategy stanley hence the 150m made available.how its utilised is what matters.i agree we need to see how his strategy transpires when there are no players to sell and were the transfer funds come from then.that will be the real proof in the pudding imo but for now i doubt he could of done anymore than he has to get lfc back on track.as i say its all about how the funds available are utilised.

I am talking more than a few transfers two. New ground and a commercial strategy thats puts us on a par with our rivals. Without that we will always be as we are now in the background

Its all about opinion and constructive criticism, sometimes its nothing but negativity causing annoyance cos we are only 4 games in.you have to give the team time to adjust and gel together, either way if we get beat then they have to be allowed to put it right get over it cos the windows shut remember.
