you so called fans are depressing.
give the lad a chance, time will tell. if he was prolific at newcastle in the first half of last season i think he has a very good chance of doing it at liverpool with the players around him.
his introduction to the team was stop start last year through injury. he's started just 2 games this season ffs and you seem to have already made up your mind. on as a sub in 2 more games, scored 1 and had another wrongly disallowed. there was hardly any service for him in the arsenal game and had his goal against sunderland stood he'd have a 1:2 goals per game ratio this season.
i'm not buying into this "he looks over weight" crap. really? can you honestly tell? like some how accurately calculate his body fat percentage just by looking at him in a full training kit? nonsense! you people believe what you want to believe and band wagon with the media.
wether you lot like it or not he will be featuring as an important player for us this year and play in a lot of games. he's with us for 5 years so i'd much rather back him, show some support to him and the manager than whine like a bitch on an internet forum for the next year. simple answer is start producing the goods andy !!!!!

I am honestly shocked at Dalglish's comments saying Carroll is fit and o.k. if this is the case somebody is telling lies, it's either Dalglish or the fans who have watched him this season because I am telling you this if the Carroll we have watched is fit the someone needs to carry the can for signing this feller on because he looks as fit and as good as a pub player. i agree he doesnt look fit enough he hasnt played like someone fit and ready he needs to improve a lot well how much will he be worth if he improves.60m. if he went on the market now i doubt thered be many takers at 15m or so.

its only right that people question carrolls fitness and attitude. the price tag aint the lads fault i know but he needs to show more desire. been here 9 months and still not fit? dont give me that, he should be bursting to get on that pitch. 6ft +, young lad should be doing more.
I think Kennys reaction was a defensive one, I appreciate Kenny doesnt wanna slag players off in public but he cant hoinestly be happy with carroll. It wont be long before the red tinted glasses fans open there eyes to this situation. the same will prove true of henderson and adam too.
I just hope Kenny is brave enough to admit his mistake and shift carroll next season if he doesnt improve even for a major loss

Sadly I could never see him being worth anywhere near 60mill even if he improcves. There would have to be an awful lot of improvement for him to get anywhere near that value. I believe we overpaid for him but I still support him and believe that he will come good for us but he needs time to adjust to our system and get his confidence up. I think he carries the weight of expectation on his shoulders and as soon as he lets that go then he can relax and play his natural game.
Slagging him off at this stage makes no sense so give him time and if he doesn't work then we take the loss and move on. Plenty of other managers in the league have spent big money for players who have not made their mark on the Premiership!

that was an ironic comment redlaz as in if hes worth 35m now then if he actualy looked decent he would be worth 60m...imo hes only ever a 15m player at best. id be delighted to be proved wrong.kennys got all the medals not me so i accept hes better placed to judge.however i still can voice my opinion and that is kenny was too rash in signing him.too hasty to replace torres with him instead of taking time out to take stock of the situation.especialy with just being new at the helm himself. im not concerned about carrol as long as he does not play.no problem if hes on the bench. with suarez and bellamy lfc now have a realy good attack..with kuyt too in there.bellamy is still way ahead of carrol and should start ahead of him. it will be very dangerous if kenny starts trying to be clever by leaving suarez out to play carrol with bellamy...even if he says its a squad game.if that happens id fully expect suarez to be gone soon.If kenny is saying carrol is fit then it points to poor judgement on his behalf in signing him.

I don't agree he was worth 35mill but that's what's been paid for him. Regardless of his pricetag supporters should get off his case and give him some time. Last season he was unfit and the game he played against City, barring the goals, shows that he has ability. The goals he scored for Newcastle, 11 goals from 17 games, shows he has ability. He needs time to adjust to the system and structure of the side and the players we have need to adjust to him also.
Give him a chance because I believe he will come good. Those slagging him off need to be patient.
Also, Kenny is not going to come out in public and say Carrol is unfit for whatever reason. He'll show the public that he is supporting his player and if there are any issues I imagine they will be dealt with behind closed doors! It shows nothing about bad judgement at all!

ok he is a young player , but he is a giant and he should be terrorising defences and he isnt for what ever reason , he needs to put himself about more use his assets and be more like duncan ferguson instead of darren ferguson , because how much we disliked duncan on his day he was unstoppable but we havent seen much of that from andy .
