Thing is what do the Carroll haters and attackers want? Do you want him off the squad? You cant change the fact that we bought him, thats over and done. So you guys are saying we should give up on him and let him go or try and sell him? There is every possibilty he will be a force out there but we should just throw that possibilty away without giving him a good chance? That must be what they want because if they are still crying over the transfer fee then they are nothing more than a crabby old bingo lady.

kenny dropped a clanger with carroll you know it I know it we all know it. Had any other LFC manager over the last 10-15 years bought him at this price more questions would be asked.

35 million could have been spent a lot more wisely and on better quality.

I am honestly shocked at Dalglish's comments saying Carroll is fit and o.k. if this is the case somebody is telling lies, it's either Dalglish or the fans who have watched him this season because I am telling you this if the Carroll we have watched is fit the someone needs to carry the can for signing this feller on because he looks as fit and as good as a pub player.

i agree he doesnt look fit enough he hasnt played like someone fit and ready he needs to improve a lot

its only right that people question carrolls fitness and attitude. the price tag aint the lads fault i know but he needs to show more desire. been here 9 months and still not fit? dont give me that, he should be bursting to get on that pitch. 6ft +, young lad should be doing more.

I think Kennys reaction was a defensive one, I appreciate Kenny doesnt wanna slag players off in public but he cant hoinestly be happy with carroll. It wont be long before the red tinted glasses fans open there eyes to this situation.

I just hope Kenny is brave enough to admit his mistake and shift carroll next season if he doesnt improve even for a major loss

Football is a results business and no more so than LFC. He has to deliver and be no less than world class. Fowler, Rush, Torres thats the standard we are looking for. Yes lets give him a chance but our patience is not open ended. If we are to challenge for beyond fourth we need a world class striker. Either that is Carroll or we need to cut our losses and bring someone else in eventually.

carroll just needs some confidence and to loose a bit of weight i reckon,he has put alot of weight on since been injured.




but if kenny has seen something in him then i believe in him as dalglish said we have signed him for 5 years not 9 months.

give the lad a chance, time will tell. if he was prolific at newcastle in the first half of last season i think he has a very good chance of doing it at liverpool with the players around him.

his introduction to the team was stop start last year through injury. he's started just 2 games this season ffs and you seem to have already made up your mind. on as a sub in 2 more games, scored 1 and had another wrongly disallowed. there was hardly any service for him in the arsenal game and had his goal against sunderland stood he'd have a 1:2 goals per game ratio this season.

i'm not buying into this "he looks over weight" crap. really? can you honestly tell? like some how accurately calculate his body fat percentage just by looking at him in a full training kit? nonsense! you people believe what you want to believe and band wagon with the media.

wether you lot like it or not he will be featuring as an important player for us this year and play in a lot of games. he's with us for 5 years so i'd much rather back him, show some support to him and the manager than whine like a bitch on an internet forum for the next year.
