im still not 100 massive lucas lover. seems everyone jizzes there kecks over him, he does simple things and isnt spectacular, would rather have a scotty parker doing the role lucas does.
anyways back on topic, carroll i fear will not cut the mustard at lfc. i think within 2 seasons he will be gone

Seems a popular thing to say among people who have clearly not actually paid much attention to Lucas' game. He does so much more than 'the simple things'. Some of his attacking passes are brilliant, he shields the defence magnificently and keeps possession. I would much rather have the much younger and more mobile Lucas than the over rated Parker. Keep your eyes open and without bias next time you watch Lucas play and honest to god you will plainly see he does much more than just simple things.

all u carroll haters, [oops] off n support sum one else and why don't u lot give KD as much stick as u give carroll on here, KD signed him n paid the 35m.
r all u haters guna come on here still wen carroll starts scoring goals( wen he is 100% fit, sooner than later), ie winning goals against manaure, chavs, city, neverton etc etc.
come on carroll, get fit lad and score 20+ goals this season

supporters have every right to slag players off mate if they see fit. carroll has had a full pre season and still runs like a pregnant tart. i hope he scores and will support him and as ive stated in other threads kenny has dropped a boll0ck with the price we paid. heres hoping carroll bangs in countless goals, but we cannot ignore how poor he has been playing and must not use the old hes not fot card too often.

slagging off the clubs players, is not the Liverpool way, never has been n never shud be.
if u think the players r not fit or good enuff to play for LFC, fair enuff, but certain so-called fans shud not be slagging or abusing players...never.
I do not think Lucas shud be in the team, but i support him.
i will judge carroll wen he is fit, given a run of games in the team, gives 150% each game and hopefully scores regularly.
i do not care abt his price tag, if he cost £35 or £35 billion.
