As u guys know that stoke have signed Peter Crouch hu is one of the tallest players in the league , plus this offside rule is not applicable for throw ins , i thnk we gona have some problms wi delaps throw , the only positive i can c is coates hu is as tall as crouch , but do u guys think he wil b able to adjust to this in his first game ???? and how else do u thnk we can deal with this issue .

Yeah I am in favour of that either heading them out or kicking the ball away thats my suggestion anyway take it or leave it!

theres no way coates will be starting against stoke.
it will be a very tricky game tho, i can see stoke
taking a lot of points off the top sides.

reina has to dominate the area. also important to not give away stupid set pieces.

crouch is a good player but he isnt the best in the air i feel, hes better on the ground which is surprising. maybe we should play carroll purely to help out with set pieces

Have a man standing in front of his face while he takes the throw ins. It will intimidate him abit.

Will he start? Im not so sure, other than his throw he's not good. He's old, slow and a waste of a position. Whealan, Whitehead or palacios will start in the centre and Pennant and walters would start on the wings for me.
Would be sort of glad if he starts as he isn't at all good imo.
