ermmm..just that they are not good enough to propell lfc to the heights needed.you will see what alot know already soon enough for yourself. Go back to supporting your real club, please? You have absolutely no foundation for any of your negativity thus far. All I've read from you is how rubbish we are, so obviously you must not be a supporter of Liverpool FC. he (or she) manages to work the same negative views into most threads about how mediocre adam, henderson and carroll are, he even started by including downing in there but at least his tune has changed in that regard. i think the bolton game will have done henderson the world of good and made him feel a bit more comfotable at the club as no matter what people say about them being professional and all that, they stil feel pressure, especially a young lad bought for such a high price. he will come good and even if he can't reach the heights set by gerrard (very few can) if he turns out to be a valuable team player and solid performer over 5 years, it will be money very well spent in my mind

two, you have failed to make a single valid point founded in the reality that our club finds itself in. the return of lfc to the big time is a process. it takes time. i think the club have done excellent business. no ngog, cole, poulsen, degen, insua.
you seem to have no understanding of the club in general actually.

trying to think who has gone since Jan; konchesky aquiliani meireles ince insua degan(incredible) darby Ngog el zhar cole poulson Torres babel Kyriakos Ayala Jones(did he go?) Thats 15 players of varied quality and only a few would make the bench/team. As I said in an earlier post - incredible piece of team management by NESV. Great motivation for the younger players at the club as they see places in the squad made avalable by the departures. Also gives LFC to grab new players in January without too much disruption.

They are putting together a great team again from top to bottom. They got lucky with kenny (don't think they wanted to appoint him at the time) but everyone needs a bit of luck. I did not like the idea of DC coming in but so far so good, I'm delighted the club are not paying outrages wages as well, seen somewhere today that Torres is now on 210,000 a week "mad". I take it that's why RM is gone there

What John Henry has spent on transfers in the great scheme of things is small change. When he bought Liverpool FC it was an earnings multiple of a champions league club. So you could argue he needs to get us back in the champion’s league to get back to his asset start point. But I have to agree so far so good on the team supporting front. But the elephant in the room is the new stadium Liverpool FC need not tens millions but hundreds of millions to get us back to being a top club again. Whatever the team does on the field without that we are hamstrung. But reading another LFC website I have heard convincing arguments Henry is working towards a new stadium with naming rights funding a large part of it. If so I take my hat off to him but until that happens I am very suspicious of the guy.

Rafarundum I disagree the monies not mine. Ultimately all outlay including transfer fees will be recouped from the paying fans. Yes he is not as bad as Gillet and Hicks but that is not saying much is it? I am not being negative about him read my post again.
