Bellamy's one of the few players who was neither a success nor a failure during his one-year stint at Anfield

He wasn't quite as good as some us had hoped but still scored his fair share of goals

The question is is he better cover than N'Gog - and personally i think he certainly is and would welcome his re-arrival

There's a difference. Alonso was a decent guy, a class player and good character. Bellamy was an average player, and a complete & utter pr1ck that should never have been at the club in the first place. No way are we thinking about re-signing him.

does anyone here actually think anything will come of this rumour? i cant make my mid up about it...

I rekon a loan deal is a splendid idea because if he doesnt work out, he'l be gone next season and also city may pay some of his wages.
