even if van persie became avaliable he is not going to play second fiddle to carroll or suarez or even kuyt same goes for sturridge from chelsea , liverpool need to buy someone who has ability but is not a first teamer but willing to be a squad player

Some interesting rumours regarding Coates. I personally favour a british centrehalf who knows the league well because bringing in a defender from abroad is a bit risky and can take a while to adapt e.g. squalichi, koscielny etc. I trust Kenny to bring the right men however and since he is one of Suarez' mates then Il be happy with that.
