YES! Really happy with yesterdays performance, I mentioned I thought we would win it! I think Kenny got his tactics spot on, and what a brilliant moveit was to leave Suarez on the bench until the arsenal defence tires out a bit. Great tactics, great passion and an all round great performance. Keep up the good work lads. YNWA

thanks for clearing it up VG. must have head it wrong.

as for flanno, i think he is definitely still learning the game, he's not quite there yet though so i dont think he should be over exposed to the PL, it'll shatter his confidence.

Don't hold back mate. Talk about getting at a young lad still learning the game. What hype? There isn't any. He's played far more solid there than some defenders who are old enough not be capable of changing or improving and not the worst to play there over the last few seasons. He has come in when we've been down to bare bones for some experience and done OK.

Kelly looks the better player, but I'd rather the two of them end up great so we have another option and that comes at his age from dropping the odd clanger, part and parcel.

hold back on what? i was hardly ripping him apart. IMO kelly and robinson are much better players then him ( dont see how that is knocking him). there is hype around him, admittedly not as much as someone like sterling but there is still some hype. am not saying all this because he made a mistake in the last game but i have had the same view since last season. i think he will turn out to be a decent player for us but not as good as kelly or robinson. only time will tell. i hope am wrong and he turns out to be the best RB in the world

I don't think it was a master stroke by kenny picking kelly, I think he goofed up with flanagan the last match, but at least he is not afraid to change things around if its not working like certain others werent able to do. Flanagan is not ready to be a regular throughout the season, kelly is, kelly is more mature in a footballing sense too;flanagan looks like a future stuart pearce, great for football and lfc, not great for his IQ however

i wud play him ahead of Johnson, week in week out.

Kelly is currently our best option at RB and that is now pretty well proven. However I would hesitate to play him week in week out, given his age and the physicality of the PL. I think I would rest him against some of the weaker teams and give Johnson a run out in those games. However he is my choice for all the key encounters!

+1, that's just the worst, nothing pisses me off more than players getting injured on intl duties.
