Kuyt is the replacement. He's a quality forward. I think we need a right winger much more than a striker.
Suarez, Carroll and Kuyt, then maybe one of the younger players in there look like a good strike force. i completely agree but im not sure thats how kenny sees it.

For £ 4 M I'd throw in Degen and El Zhar as a signing bonus for Bolton! Buy 1 and get 3! haha! ok you lot i get the message the poor lad Ngog isnt thought much of, hes tried at least! Degan and El Zhar thrown in too!?  may aswell give them away!.  Eggfëckinzackly! Get them all off the wage bill ASAP!

I think with a run of games he will do well for bolton, think he will develop into a decent prem striker.

Good fro him, I don't care how he develops. I just want to see him out of liverpool. Not good enough and never will be.

Looks like Daniel Ayala is off to Norwich, and we're out of the running for Scott Dann - who will probably end up at Arsenal now.
I'd say it looks more likely now that Aquilani will stay - the LFC site has updated the squad numbers list - putting Enrique in as no. 3 and put Aquilani in as no. 15, compared to Insua, Degen and El Zhar who haven't been assigned squad numbers.

http://www.thisisanfield.com/2011/08/liverpool-step-up-cahill-chase/An article about Cahill... a couple of interesting points made, in that if we were to go back in for Cahill, with Bolton bidding for N'Gog, this would possibly make negotiations less one-sided, and also, Bolton are always eager to take players in on loan, so offering Danny Wilson to his fellow Scot Coyle, may very well sweeten a deal from Bolton's perspective?

Sounds good to me. I'd give them Ngog + 10m + Shelvey or Wilson for a season loan.
