Hey peeps, don't know about you lot but if I have to go another week without footie am going to combust and watching those u17/u21 tourneys isn't really a football fiest is it? So anyone going to be watching Suarez, Lucas, Maxi in action? I'm definately going for Suarez to win this, would be special since he is one of the stars in Uruguay. If Lucas or Maxi win it, they won't get much credit for it as the other stars will outshine him for sure. Am hoping for another memorable handball moment lol. Come on Suarez!

Hope that the Copa America will be the stage that Lucas can shine whether or not Brazil wins this competiton or not. I think it's time people should give him the respect that he deserved. So many people have criticised him and some have gone too far with the criticism but hopefully in this competition , with the new look of Brazil squad , he can gain the respect of the Liverpool fan who have been too critical of him. Trust your own players fellow LIVERPOOL fans.

Thats true mate, and if he starts for brazil most of the time, it just shows how brazil rate him as a player. Theres alot of stars in that team that will outshine him but am sure he will do the dirty and hard work for the team.
Heres my prediction:
Uruguay - Winners Brazil - Runners up Argentina - Third.

Argentina's manager is Julio Batista I think he was no. 2 to Maradona in south africa. Brazil's manager is Menez who I do not know to be honest and the Uruguay manager is also a bit unknown to me, some people might know them tho. I think Argentina's manager is copying Barca tactics in order to fit Messi in so that might work a treat for them but I still think Uruguay can pull it off, even though their group is the hardest.

So anyone going to be watching Suarez, Lucas, Maxi in action? I am definitely pulling for Uruguay, and not just for Luis. Diego Forlan supports his paralyzed sister, and I have always thought that was a touching story. I pulled for them in the World Cup after we were eliminated.

I am also pulling for Uruguay. I am not a big fan of the current Brazilian team and will never support Argentina because of their cheating tactics throughout the years despite the presence of Messi and Tevez.
I hope that Suarez and Lucas will have a good tournament.

2 Lucas' in the squad? That will be unfair to the teams we play against One is enough to dominate the league for now. Brazil has a good chance ofcourse but I think the new manager is still adjusting and changing bits and pieces, I just don't think they can win it even if they go to the final but thats just my predictions. Il be watching them closely tomorrow or tonight depends where you living
