on twitter right now answering a few questions and so on...

"Speculation on players shouldn't include those of a certain age. We are not going to be successful by merely filling short-term needs at LFC"

"Very happy, very honored to be a part of all of this. I know it's difficult not seeing what's going on behind the scenes."

"Dave, everything in sports is overpriced now - especially the cost of winning. But you make your choices based on a plan."

nice to hear what he has to say. wonder what players he's talking about when he's saying "a certain age".

I'll believe it when i see it!

Caught those comments on Twitter. Not really sure what to make of them, they seem to have caused quite a stir with people raising the question of, what is the acceptable age bracket??

Jim, thank god, finally you got something positive to say laugh

Henry's comments are kind of ambigious but I don't know, lets hope for the best.

There is some positive and negative about the comments from the owner. Yes , we should plan for the long term but in planning to buy young players , we are jeopardising the chances of the youth now playing in the Reserves and the U-18 squad. I believe players like Adam Morgan , Suso and Conor Coady are actually standing by to take over the reins if any of our first team players are out injured or suspended. Like what Martin Kelly , John Flanagan and Jack Robinson did last season.

But we need some experience player in the left back ,centre back , both wings and the back up striker position. These positions needs immediate filling in although we do have youth coming up in these position but I believe they are not ready for first team action so soon. Players such as Adam Morgan , Jack Robinson , Raheem Sterling , Conor Coady and Suso will be introduced to the first team by King Kenny slowly but surely but not that fast as it can hinder their confidence if they are thrown into the deep end so soon. So we need some experience players to be there with them , playing along side them , be it in games or training to bolster their performances.

Whatever it is , I will place my trust to King Kenny , Damien Comolli and John Henry as they will also wants the best for the club like what most all of us fans wanted. Go for it guys.
