The above link refers to a story that Uncle Tom has 6 buyers lined up & willing to pay $600m for his baseball team.

If the story is true & his pockets gets lined & he & Gillett might decide to concentrate on us. Although i'm clutching at straws, if i invested in something i wouldn't want to be paying overdraft charges when i have got money in the bank. i would rather invest it(new stadium) & get the best for my money(increased revenue). This would be the best way for the yanks to line their pockets & free up funds for the team.

if the 2 clowns decide to finally run LFC the proper way, for the better of the club and fans, I wouldn't mind.
but that is a mighty BIG "IF".

are there any outstanding loans for his baseball team that needs re-paying first? if not then, together with Gillett's money from his sale, that will be a large amount fo money and money that we desperately need in order for us to grow as a club.
Would be nice to see spades in the ground, even though it would be years after it was initially promised!

it isn't likely to happen ..... he pulled the club off the market recently and stated he wanted to keep it ....... but then he is a born liar so it would be no shock if he sold it lol
