Although I don't share Emp's un-dying love for the guy, I do think he could do a job for us if we were ever to buy him. He has proved he can score in the EPL for lower teams and I think with better supply he could be a good asset. He would certainly be better than N'Gog.

He would and I think he has proved that already. N'Gog can barely score in a top side when Doyle can for lower sides. I'm not saying he is good enough for first choice just as a good quality back up.
