Everyone were again writing off Pool at the start of last season, but look what we did.
We had our best ever start to a PL season last year ! No-one was writing us off, we did that ourselves (well, Rafa did it) And how did "We" or for that matter, "Rafa" do that? Did Rafa come out saying we are not winning the league, we will lose to our main title rivals, blah blah blah?

Yes, let's reserve our judgement on the team until halfway through the season. Then we can see how the team fares, especially with ALL the players back. Half way through the season will already be too late. Rafa signs an injured player, not just injured, but injury prone. Harry Redknapp ( a truly great manager) signs fit players (krankjar) to replace an injured player within a few days of the injury happening. Not only does he sign a great player (krankjar) but he signs him for £2m. What you wanna take into account mate, is, Auilani gets fit, comes into the squad, creates a few goals, gets plaudits, gets injured again, demoralises whole squad. Injury prone players have an overall negative effect, every injury demoralises and loses points.

When i get to correct your apparent lack of knowledge of the club that I LOVE, that you seem to know little if anything about; you dont get to use the knowledge i impart on you, against me..... Well, not if you dont wanna look like a kid clutching at straws.

Well Stuey,
Has it occured to you that Aquliani may actually stay fit for the rest of the 5 seasons he is with us, and help us achieve something?
Seems you are rather negative in all sense of the word.
Everybody in Rome is upset that Aquiliani was sold. Between him and De Rossi, either was supposed to succeed Totti as the next King of Rome. Does it not say anything about Aquiliani?
As a supported, shouldn't you support the team and players rather than condemn them before they have even kicked the ball?

If you Love the club as you proclaim, should you not be supporting the team, manager and players included, rather than screaming blue murder? What kind of a fan are you truly?

A LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB FAN. Not a blinkered fool, but someone who has been around long enough to enjoy sucess, to know and to recognise successful attitudes / attributes.

And what makes up the football club?
It's the fans, the players, and the management staff inclusive. Right? It all adds up to form the traditions of a football club, over the years.
is Rafa truly much worse than Graeme Souness, Roy Evans, Phil Thompson or Gerard Houllier? Perhaps he's on par with Roy Evans and Gerard.
Would you prefer harry Redknapp in charge? because I wouldn't.

For a moment I was wondering where the hell was LIBERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB. Thought somewhere in Liberia! Jokes aside, I understand we both love the club, and we both want the club to do well. But to condemn the manager only 4 games into the season is a bit extreme, don't you thinkl?

It's the fans, the players, and the management staff inclusive. Right? Wrong, its the brand, the history but most of all, IT'S our City's Identity. Liverpool lives and breathes football, our club defines us. We deserve better than a few unmotivated foreigners. We deserve to see our youth progressing. Every bloke here that has a son, probably has him at the park at every opportunity, with the dream of one day hearing his name screamed out by commentators as he scores his Liverpool hatrick. We deserve to see our youth given a chance to do that. Managers get recognition only when they achieve more than can be expected ie shankly and paisley.
