I would say it is far too early to judge a manager on there transfer polocy when it is very clear that nobdoy outside the club knows. Regardless of what you think of Henderson, he was never mentioned until we put in an offer.

The links to Meireles are from the Sun so I am a little disapointed that you have posted infor from that rag. You should no better.

Maxi also said he would like to go home(Argentina) at the end of his LFC contract, nothing wrong with that.

Meireles is very popular within the squad and unlikely to leave this season.

I agree that its a bad move to sell meiriless .... he's garuanteed to bring in some goals .... and yes £75mil for Carroll, Suarez and henderson does seema quite lot.

FSG make no bones about the fact that any outlay on a player has to be met by revenue from another source and it looks like they're selling aquilani, meiriles and maxi to fund henderson?

Who will be sold to fund Adam - anybody got any ideas ..... whatever happens this summer the net spend will be negligible....
at least we have kenny and thank god for that.

Ah Jim you're starting to sound like a broken record, or some gobshite in a pub who's had one too many! How many times have you harangued us about overpaying for players? and how many times have various of us tried in polite and times impolite vernacular that its too early to say whether on not they are overpriced, next season will tell us one way or another! In the meantime Jim, your opinion is as good as anyone else's, but thats all it is, your opinion! And Jim, talking about the vernacular...if you're going to keep this S____t up would you ever kindly F____k off!

I read it in the Mirror - not The Sun - although I note that it is in The Sun as well

That's the impression I got - but it looks like Kenny or Comoli (take your pick) wants Adam in - and is willing to offload Raul if that's what it takes

Which along with the Carrol and Henderson fee, the money we wanted to pay for Jones and the fact that it looks like neither Mata nor N'Zogbia are still in Kenny's/Comoli's plans - is reason to worry

we are trying to build a team to get top 4 for the next 10-12 years thats why selling raul is not the worst thing we could do
