Maybe but would that mean keep aqualini?

I dont see Meireles going anywhere to be honest, would he really leave after 1 season, especially given the revolution going on at the moment? If we could keep Aqua as well that would be great because imagin all the creativity we would have!

Don't want Adam to be honest. In the end of last season Aqua showed he is true class and with a rotation policy in the middle I would rather keep Aqua then go buy a Blackpool player. Am happy with Henderson, now would love Dann, Clichy (5m is too good), Mata (number one signing) and Hazzard. That's a proper good team to challenge for the title. I'm sure everyone in here would love Aguero and there has been talk but in fairness we don't need him. Our spine is brilliant, we just need to fix this width thing.

They may well be 2 players that you like the look of but I have reservations as to how much research you have put into their backgrounds and personalities. And for how long did you scout them for, ie watching them at close hand in full games against different types of opposition similar to what they might come up against in the premier league?

Well obviously by what your saying you haven't seen them play to much, so maybe you shouldn't be questioning how much research I've done. Plus we were linked with Monreal about a week ago, so maybe we did 'miss out' on him.

Why are you bringing up 'Limited resources'? If you read what I said, you would see how cheap they went for, as oppossed to some of the players that we've been linked with.

I know we haven't exactly been linked with him but one young England player I'd love to see with us is Jack Rodwell. Young defensive mid for Everton with a great passing range and distance shots.

I think that a combination of mata and n'zongbia might be quite interesting. Speed guile and they can play on either wing.
