Don't normally get ticked of, but I read that Nacho Monreal has joined Malaga for 6 mil. This guy is quality, has played for Spain, is fairly young, and went for so cheap. While it sounds like we're getting held at ransom.

I mean, we're being asked for 8mil+ for a player who has scored 15 goals in 80 appearances, in the championship to. I know he young, but still.

Annoys me how these clubs seem to raise the price for their players in England. Is it because we're Liverpool?

I believe in Kenny and what is being done, but I question how other clubs respond once they see us coming.

think hes had medical,but the clause in his contract says he can go at offers no less than 16 mil but blackburn can wait for better offer if they wish,it looks like that whats gonna happen,auction like to push up price! but who knows well wait and see.

Prices go up because when a big team like us target a player, sneaky basterds like Fergie come in the completion for the player, so we just raise the price to out compete.

pardon my french but its because teams are greedy [oops]. im not wanting players like Wickham for 10mill who has a [oops] scoring record, id rather get a player in like Shelvey who cost us just under 2 million but has the potential to be great. Or players who are 15/16 for a million instead of waiting 2 years to be charged a fotune.

I understand what your saying to a cerain extent av but think your being slightly harsh on Wickham. He's not exactly playing in a good Ipswich team who havent created many chances for the lad to feed on.

i've not seen a lot of the lad, i just hope he is not another pacheco...
