i wouldnt mind him here, i think for 10m its worth a pop. even if doesnt work out we will end up getting half the money back and if it does work out we could have a player for the next 10/15 yrs. if he did decide to leave we would make a mint. this is a gamble that i think we should take without hesitation

lads the way things are going were gonna have some team in about 4 to 5 years time with all the quality young players were buying and dont forget all the quality players were bringing trough the acadamy which is the only acadamy to rival barcas acadamy (so pep guardiola says ) it looks like king kenny and henry know exactly what their doing and exactly what they want. Connor for 8-10 million is ok business for an 18 year old. he will get better but he is not as fast as some make him out to be. but he is strong as an ox and a promising talent (not Rooney talent but potential Shearer talent)

Mr Cooke, I sincerely hope the timetable is less than 4-5 years. A part of me wants a little more now as Stevie and Carra are in the slow twilight now. I want to see them win the premiership and worry in 4-5 Carra or Stevie or both are done. Would be a crying shame if we cannot contend for the premiership sooner than 4-5 years.

Seems like a great prospect who is getting rave reviews everywhere so if we can land him for 8m which is whats been reported than I thinks its worth the risk considering we can sell Ngog for 7.

personally i think he will cost 9/10m and maybe a few more millions add on if he reaches a high standard

10m? Sure! A third of what United paid for Rooney more than half a decade ago, so he's a steal even if he's only half the player Rooney is.

Exactly. They're planning not to involve him because they know the price they have set for him will be accepted by a suitor (hopefully us), and since he will no longer be at the club it will be difficult for him to be involved in anything.
