I think we all need to just relax, allow Kenny to do his business on behalf of LFC and TRUST him.

Henderson net cost will be £13 M. We spent silly money on the likes of Diouf, Salif Diao, Philip Degen, and others down through the years to name but a few who cost us a pretty penny the turned out to be total MUCK.

Kenny obviosuly has been planning these moves for some time now. He wants to get as much of his dealings done before the team are recalled to Melwood to start pre-season and to avoid last minute deals (where we will pay over the odds).

There is no doubt in my mind that Kenny will also clear out some of the "surplus" midfielders whom Kenny believes are not part of future for LFC. We have got to trust him.

I recall Kenny and Comolli saying near the end of the season theat they expect 14 - 18 transfer in the summer in TOTAL. They clarified that by IN and more importantly going OUT. Dead wodd will be moved on and if Kenny brings in a winger, defender (LB) and another striker along with Henderson and get this ALL done by the middle to end of July then credit to him. He obviously wants to start pre-season with the unit of players he wants to start MOULDING his team. It will take time but he has 3 years.

I watched John Aldridge on LFC TV the other night and reckons Kenny is one of best people to spot talent. And talent that fits into the way he wants the team to play.

if kenny dalglish is prepared to pay 20 m for this henderson (who i think is a lot better than spearing) then think how much he is prepared to spednd for a foreign star player later,

God aren't you smart making a nothing point like that. People don't have to follow leaders blindly. They are more than allowed to have contrary opinions, if you disagree with him try to form a thought out well constructed argument than a nothing piece of tosh like a child would do.

completely agree. all managers make mistakes, much better managers than kenny have and will make mistakes. so anyone and everyone is allowed to disagree or at least be apprehensive about a signing.

i am also worried about the prices, but it does work both ways.
for example, we could be "swapping/selling" Ngog for 7mil, thats expensive.

Rio 30mil
Berbatov 30mil
Smalling 10mil (played around 10games for fulham they signed him for about 10k
Bent 25mil.
Torres 50mil (they paid for the torres of old, this one makes bent look like a bargain)
Anderson 22mil (pure sh!te)
Nani 18mil (one good season)

bottom line is, everyone is overpaying since Man City got money. we arent the only ones.

I'm standing by the fact that Kenny has more experience and an eye for a player than anyone in this forum.
